Hi, i'm new here. I was wondering if any one had any suggestions on good diets that are good for weight loss and to help build a bit of muscle mass. i've been looking for a good dieting plan but can't find any. thats the only thing keeping me from my goal, because i don't know how to make a good dieting plan. i was also wondering if anyone had any good workout plans for abs and upper arms and chests, i only have acces to a bench and some free weights though. any sugegstions would be great. and if you wouldn't mind taking the time to mail suggestions to Selfpiercedwolf99@yahoo.com that would be great. thanks a lot.
Hey Mitch, welcome to the site. You can go far with just a bench and some free weights. This site is very user friendly, check out the fitness plan tab at the top of the page and you can customize a workout depending on your resources and ability. You can also visit the message boards and post specific questions. Doing a search at the bottom of the page will usually yeild you plenty of results since most questions have been asked numerous times. Browse the specific diet and nutrition forum for diet and maybe the beginner or intermediate forum for workout info. Best of luck on reaching your goals!
