Hi, just thought I would stop by and introduce myself a little. Im 25 years old been lifting on and off because of school for the past 3 years. Just now getting a chance to take it more seriously. I am 6'1 and currently weigh around 185lbs and uncertain of the bodyfat %. If I was to guess I would say 11% give or take. My favorite excersise has to be weighted dips. As of now I can do 3 sets of 6 reps of my bodyweight plus 3 45lbs plates on the dip belt. Bench press max is 315lbs and deadlift is 465lbs for 1 rep. I havent maxed out on squats in awhile and know that its a lift I need to work on. I also just started adding front squats in my leg workouts and never really knew what I was missing out on. They work great..
I was surfing the net and found this board.. I hope to learn and help others if possible. My future goals are to up my cal and protien intake to reach a stable 200lbs in body weight at a decent bodyfat % so I still have a lean look. I would love to reach a goal of deadlifting 500lbs also.
