I am not a big eater I have to almost force myself to eat during the day because I have no appetite. But at night after I work out I am starving and by then its usually late after 9pm. I HATE to eat before my workout because anything other then fruit I feel like it weighs me down and I feel sluggish. I usually eat something like a grilled chicken salad almost everynight after I work out. Is this bad to eat this late after I work out?
No, as a matter of fact you need to have a meal after your workout. One before is just as important. Having a decent protein source and complex carb is a necessity. Even if it's later in the evening after your workout.
