The Ab nutrition program thingy says not to eat carbs after 7 PM. Does that mean I can only eat things in them with ABSOLUTELY no carbs or things that have very few carbs as well?
They mean "no carbs in the food" but that is a general rule NOT an absolute rule. A few grams of complex or fiberous carbs in a predominantly protein food are not going to ruin your whole fitness plan. Try to stay away from foods that contain any simple carbs (sugar) in any amount!
