im thinkin about superseting a few exercises but im not sure how it works. i know how its done but are there sets or do u just do one???

It is where you do one set of one lift, and then immediately without taking time to rest do a set of another lift. I usually do 3 or 4 sets like this depending on what I am supersetting. For instance I will do shoulder press and superset it with lateral raises. Or some people will superset oposing muscle groups (biceps/triceps, back/chest).
