im taking creatine before and after my workout. after my workout i mix it with my protein shake however i dont really know what to mix it with before i work out. what do other people mix it with? and more importantly what does it not mix with?
any advice will be greatly appreciated

I take my pre and post creatine with just plain water. Tastes awful but I just chug it
