Right now I work out five times a week and do carido three days a week. Everything is going good but I still having problems meeting my nutritional goal. I supplement whey protein power to help me meet my protein target, but I fall way short of the recemmended 4000cal. I am hitting about 2500cals.So I was wondering if a meal supplement would be better.

Of course you can use MRPs (meal replacements). Also, if you are only hitting about 2,500 cals, you're probably only eating 4-5 meals per day. Why don't you increase that to 6-7?

Damn, once I lose weight I have no idea how I am going to manage eating that often.

It's really not that hard as you may think. I used to eat 3 meals a day. Now, it's up to 6.

How big of a meal? I'm just curious because I actually cannot each alot of food in one sitting.

I don't eat big meals at all...unless I'm trying to gain weight! A couple of those meals really incorporate MRPs.
