Hi,
When is the best time to eat fruits? I'm a big sweet junkie and I only get them from swets; I gave up sweets and chocolates a long time ago. I often take bananas, apples, oranges, papayas or watermelons. Can I take them anytime of day or should I avoid them at certain times?
I take two bananas with breakfast, an apple/orange with lunch and an apple/orange post workout. None at night as I heard carbs are badat night?
Any ideas?
Thank you. :-)

Really, you have to be aware of the calorie density of what you are doing. If they can fit into your calorie needs without being out of range, you are fine. From what you mention though, I would think you are probably eating more than you should. Usually anything that ends in berries is a good choice, especially if fat loss is a goal.

Yes i definitley agree with bb1 on this, keep everything in moderation because when you have so much of those sweet fruits in one day, you crave more and more and that's definitley not a good thing. You should try an alternative like, eating more vegetables instead of eating more fruits in your diet. Good luck!

carbs are bad at night because they are stored as fat overnight, since u eat them at night and no exercise is done to burn them..but honestly fruits arent that bad for you..eat them moderately tho, u dont want to consume too many of them per day..

Too much fruit can and is bad in many cases. after a certain amount, liver glycogen is topped off, triglyceride production can rise rapidly.

How come apples and bananas and canteloupe/honeydew melons are not as good for you, I've tried to research this and have only heard good things about them? Just a quick question. Also, I only really like strawberries, but I really don't care for them as much.
