i want muscle mass and a sixpack... now ive heard that in order to achieve muscle mass it would be hard for me to go on a low calorie diet, which is almost necassary for a sixpack. Would it be ok just to do cardio without a diet. this would be coupled with a good ab workout as well
You can't have you cake and eat it too. You have to decide on one or the other. Putting on mass, or going for a six-pack. I'm pretty sure the thoughts in the other forum were that you should probably be going for mass first. Then the abs.
