okay i work out every day, do about 50 min of cardio and lift weights. after my workout i have a protein shake. i was wondering whether or not taking creatine will make me get fatter which is something i dont want. i want nice sized muscles with a body fat percentage of around 15%. right now i have starded the loading phase of taking creatine and i was wondering if i should stop or not due to the information above. please help!:)

creatine has been shown to decrease body fat by 1% over 6-8 weeks.....you will gain water weight in all likelihood....however you will likely get stronger and leaner....once you stop taking it you'll lose the water weight....
i would skip loading and just start taking it continously at 5g daily....or 2.5g on days off and 5g on days you're lifting/exercising...
