hey everywhere i just recently got a gym membership and i need some help on a program.. was wondering if anyone could help me out im about 6ft 170 lbs which is pretty skinny and i wanna gain muscle and mass. on my upper body. can any hook me up with a good program. im willing to work out 4 to 5 times aweek.. well thx again for the help.
