hey everywhere i just recently got a gym membership and i need some help on a program.. was wondering if anyone could help me out im about 6ft 170 lbs which is pretty skinny and i wanna gain muscle and mass. on my upper body. can any hook me up with a good program. im willing to work out 4 to 5 times aweek.. well thx again for the help.

click on the "exercise programs" button at the top of the page. Follow the instructions and voila...you have your program! good luck and welcome to FT!

I beleive it's "fitness plan" tab for free members.
