My diet for the past 2 years has been off and on nutritious. Im determined to gain some muscle mass and do it as healthy as possible. should I do something to cleanse myself so I absorb nutrients better. any advice is appreciated
Buy some books about micronutrition and you'll see that some vitamines don't get well absorbed if taking them with some other vitamines, the very best time to take your vitamines etc.
Another solution is to get a blood test taken and you'll see if your body is well balanced with the needed nutritions are not.
