Ok so I have been on Creatine monohydrate or whatever it is called and i was talking to my trainer and he said there is some other creatine ano.... something and instead of attaching to water molecules it attaches directy to the muscles so any weight gain is not water weight its actuall gain.
Is there an upside of having the monohydrate? or should i start on the direct weight gain one?
Monohydrate will add typically 6-8 pounds water weight which is lost when you quit taking it. However, CEE(creatine Ethyl Ester) has virtually no water weight gain and is absorbed much quicker, practically first day results. Much higher quality.
