i wannna tone up and lose some weight lift 3 days a week. what would help me out intense cardio or what and on what days. ps lift on mon weds fri

Welcome to FT jww23! Cardio will help you lose weight and weight training is a must if you want to tone up. Keep in mind neither one will work very well without the proper diet. Take a look at the exercise plans on this site. A good combo is to do weights on Mon., Wed., Fri. and cardio on Tue., Thu., Sat. Make sure you have a rest day. You may also want to fill out your profile so we can give you more specific answers:)

got my profile now no pics but height and weight if some wants to help me out and does intense cardio help with weight lose?

What Manny outlined for schedule is fine, make your workouts consist of squats, deadlifts, bench press, miliary presses, dips, and pull ups.
