Hello All. I recently started dieting due to astronomical triglyceride counts and wanting to los about 40 pds. I am 27 y/o femlae and about 195 pds. I carry most of my weight in my belly, a little above where woman normally carry it. My diet right now is low fat and low carb. I have been doing pretty well but I don't seem to be losing anything. I also go to the gym 3 times a week but only have an hour because I go on my lunch break. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the best routine someone can do in an hour to boost weight loss, and also if there are any safe vitimans I can take (no caffeine) that will help burn fat. Right now I warm up 5 mins on the treadmill and then do a few reps on machines (mainly arms and legs) for toning and then walk for another 20 minutes. I have seen small results in the toning but none in the weight loss. I know I have put up a few post here and there, but I can never remember where I put them. I am writing this down so I can come see if there are any replies. Thanks:)
