what to do first???

my workout consists of running, swimming, lifting, and either basketball or raquetball...in what order should i do these 4 things to build muscle??

Lifting to build muscle. The others are cardio and if trying to bulk, I would limit them.

If you want to build the most possible muscle then just lift weights....but if you want to add cardio into the mix...do so on days off....I would switch it up....swimming probably burns the most calories and has least impact on the body....

Both ideas have my vote. There needs to be some distinction, otherwise why have different forums. Makes no sense.

Sad but true, I find that very easy to beleive mutt, this forum is proof of that in itself. It is nice to know the other idea is being tossed around. That is probably the easiest solution.

it comes down to what ur goal is..in this case, you want to build muscle..therefore, just prioritize lifting before any of your cardio workouts..
