Im 19, 6'0 about 160. Ive been liften for a little over a year now, and have seen good mass gains and my body looks really toned. I was wondering what a good ab's excercise would be for me. My upper abs are more defined than my lower abs. I am a ice hockey player ( I dont know if that'll help) and I am looking to increase the strength in my abs.
Doing big movements such as squats, deadlifts, etc. will strengthen it. If you want to train them directly, you can sign up for the 12 week ab program here on the site and do it with weight.
