I'm training for a marathon in october but also would like to incorporate some weight training to tone up my upper body and get some abs! What would you recommend? I'm running 5 days a week one of those days is a long run so i don't want a routine that will be too hard. Also, should i do legs? I would think running would be enough workout for my legs.
I am only able to workout 2 - 3 days a week for an hour max each time.

Kim, post this in the powerlifting and stength training forum. Someone there will help you out. I can tell you working out 2-3 times a week for an hour each is fine, and yes, you should be working your legs as well. They'll go into more detail for you in that forum.
