Does anyone know how long it takes for creatine, when mixed with say orange juice, take to degrade to creatinine? Is it a matter of a few minutes, hours, days? I'm always afraid to mix it in advance and take it with me to workouts as I don't want to be absorbing the wrong stuff.

There is much conflicting info on creatine mono degrading. Consensus(conventional wisdom) is to not mix it before using it.

Why are you using it? The CEE's are so much better, better absorbed, easy to use, and more potent. Plus very little water retention.

General advice mix it when read to drink it...

I am guessing the reason people still use mono is that it's considerably cheaper than CEE....even tho its inferior in quality....
