I wanted to get some input as to which type of cardio would be the best for fat-loss. Both time duration and type of exercise would be great. Thankx ya'll

I have had great success with an elliptical machine for 25 minutes 5-6 times per week. Initially I could only tolerate 5 minutes, it does take time to work up to completing the full 25 minutes.
