Help me!!! I am 24 5'9, usually 140 lbs but have went up to 175. I have a 5 year old and a 5 month old.. and have no access to the gym. I have always been lean.. until after my second daughter.. after I had her I went to post pregnancy size (140) but since then my weight has gained.. mainly in my thighs, but and lower stomach.. there is cellulite galore and to be blunt about the matter.. disgusts me!! I can't get any of my pants on over my thighs.. never mind trying to pry my butt in there!!! Please.. I need advice on at home excercises that can be done to target these main areas (butt, stomach, thighs.. ineer and outter) help me.. I don't wanna be in slacks all summer.. hey, I once had cellulite on my butt and thighs. I do not have any kids, but getting active is key! Allow your kids to be part of your fitness program. When I started walking and running I noticed that my cellulite went away. I am not sure if this had anything to do with it or not, but I started using a good moisturizing lotion, (I used Aveeno) in those areas.
However, I can't seem to get rid of stretch marks! I use a vitamin E formula on them, but nothing is working. Anyone have any success getting rid of stretch marks????

Welcome to FT! Don't forget all the exercise is not going to work unless you eat healthy. Diet is the key in weightloss, the exercise will help you tone and burn fat. There are great tips in the nutrition forum. As far as stretchmarks go I'm afraid those are permanent since they are scars below the surface of your skin. With time they will fade in color. :)
