I was wondering if anyone can help me get motivated to lose weight! i can't seem to do it on my own. i've tried so many different things and nothigns working
Welcome to FT Kat! First of all let me tell you "You're not alone." I think we all struggle with motivation, the key is to find what works for you. For starters I would suggest to read through the forums. It can be very motivating to see/read how other people have overcome there struggles. Talk to your parents, make sure they only have healthy food choices at home. There are great suggestions as far as what to eat (diet is the key) in the nutrition forum. Join a gym if you can and get a friend to go with you. Be active! You can find exercise routines on this website. Keep in mind, you're off to a great start, you are still young and you've taken the first step in asking for help:big_smile: YOU CAN DO IT!
