Hi, Im new to the board. Ive been weight training for last 6 years. My nutrition profile says 40 grams of fat. Thats 11% daily calories. I get half that a day just from flax and CLA. Will extremely low fat adversely affect natural testosterone levels. Any help would be appreciated.
MY nutrition goal is fat loss and toning. I want to lower my body fat % without losing too much weight. I thought I would do fat loss for 8-12 weeks followed by mass building for 12 weeks and then repeat.
