My girl came home from the store and bought 19 frozen and prepackaged meals that she can just toss in the microwave. They're from familiar brands (Weight Watchers, South Beach, etc). I have no experience with the prepacked stuff. I told her to take leftovers or fix her lunch for the next day in the evenings. My question is: Is this stuff OK to eat for weight loss? I have my reservations about putting stuff like that into my body. I won't be eating it, but someone I care about will be. Any input will be appreciated.

I love the South Beach dinners, they seem to be pretty good for you actually, whole grain pastas, veggies, lean meat, and they are portion controlled and none are over 360 calories. Most of the Healthy Choice ones are good too. These are way better than the Banquet meals which are highly processed meats and alot of fats. I think it is better than eating at McDonalds, etc.
