I have been faithfully plugging in what I eat every day and the nutrition tracker is telling me that I go over my daily calorie intake and fat intake. I am totally confused though because when I post my meals, everyone tells me I am not eating enough. Which is the truth?
Show us an example of what you've tracked in the nutritional tracker for 1 full day. Show the food and the macronutrient breakdown into Protien Fat and Carbs and calories. The FT calculations typically put you at a pretty high calorie intake, so I'm surprised you're going over. Maybe serving sizes are your issue. Anyway...post what you eat in a day and I'm sure you'll get some feedback.....
