i recently read in an heath magazine that 2 teaspoons before you sleep help the body burn fat at night? its known as the hibernation diet.as it gives the body fuel to continue to work properly and not release bad hormones which hold on to the fat thinking th body soesnt have sufficient fuel for the night, and if you take a spoon of honey this will help the bidy run at night also... is there any truth in this and will havin a spoon of honey hinder weightloss? i mean its sugar really isnt it?
