I have lost over 3 stone and have completley transformed the way I look. I weight around 130lbs and am 5foot 5inches. But I still have a podgy stomache! Feel like i've hit a brick wall! Can anyone recommend a specific diet plan and exercise plan to loose this last bit of weight? I want to loose around 7lbs.
I'm not sure of what your daily diet looks like, or what you do for exercise, so I can't really give you any legit advice, nobody can. List what your diet consist of exactly on a daily basis and what your exercise routine looks like. Filling out your profile completely would also be very helpful.:)
