I'm new to the site and well i dont really know to much about it any help would be greatfully appreciated. Well my goals are pretty simple. I'm currently deployed in Iraq for another 5 months and I'm trying to gain some mass on my chest and arms and tone down my stomach and waist. I would liek to get everything down soo i can go to the beach and what not when i get back. Right now im 5'8 180lb (down from 200) i very rarly run but im starting to get back into it. My arms are like 13.5 in around and im aiming for 15 inch as for my chest it would just be nice to have it a little bit bigger.
Welcome to FT nemo1983! Check out the exercise routines on this site, they will help you get started. Another good thing to do is to use fitBuddy on the bottom of the screen.
