I've been workin out on and off for the last like 2-3 years. Well im ready to hit the gym hard and i've spent .. too much time reading these boards , and learned a crap load. but heres the question ..
Products- i plan on taking.
Whey Protein - Always Period
Dextrose- insulin spike
maltodextrin- insulin spike
DualTabs Mega Vitamin and Mineral- Vitamins
What product should i Add for building Muscle ?? I need somethign thats gonna work with all this. I plan on going all out Period , 4 days a week.
Any suggestions.

You can try Fish Oil supplement...6-8g daily....split in 2...morn/night

If you've learned a "crap load" reading these boards, you should know there is no "product" for building muscle, except for what mutt has mentioned...FOOD.

im sorry i must have used the wrong wording. I was Refering to a product that will give me better lifts while at the gym.
yah food isnt a Problem i make sure to Eat like a Healthy Pig.

Food is what will give you strength. Calories will control it. This is why food is so anabolic. No "pills" will give you this. Even on steroids, if you do not eat you will lose strength and some lbm.

I like the question "what product should I add to build Muscle?" FOOD plain and simple eat meats and such and you will grow.
