I was reading my protein label today as I was blending up a tasty bland treat and notices that one scoop had 25% RDA of cholesterol. Is that common for most protien supplements? I use Optimium Nutrition's 100% Whey Protien... I like the taste and it seems to be doing the trick. Have you guys tried this? It is the only one i have used and wonder what kind of results others have gotten with it.
