It's a modified westside system. The main difference being max repitions instead of speed training. The reasoning being: "Simply put, dynamic days just aren't that productive for weak, skinny bastards!"
This routine was built with this:

Plus a few ab exercises and another leg day.
Monday
max effort barbell bench press
3x6 incline dumbbell bench press
4x10 Bent-over barbell rows
3x12 Bent-over dumbbell rear delt flyes
3x8 Hanging Leg raises
Wednesday
max effort Box Squats
3x8 dumbbell rear lunge
3x6 good mornings
3x1 min plate pinch grip
3x8 twist
Friday
Work up to 3x max repititions barbell bench press
3x7 dumbbell tricep extensions
3x8 preacher curls
3x10 lat pull downs
3x10 dumbbell shrugs
3x8 weighted incline leg-hip raise
Saturday
work up to 3x max repititions front squats
3x8 barbell step-ups
3x8 side bend
3x6 leg curls
3x1 min heavy dumbbell holds
