I'm looking for a good protein shake that tastes good! (if possible)does anybody have any ideas?

I just blend a shake of Breyers vanilla icecream (no sugar added), natural peanut butter, vanilla soy milk, and a scoop or two of chocolate whey protein and I can't even taste the protein powder! yum:)

I wouldn't exactly call that a protein shake Lisa. :) It has more fat (and saturated at that) than it does protein. Not to mention it doesn't have enough aminos to even measure. bjaynes - put "protein shake" into the fit buddy search engine and you should bet a couple of hundred posts.

Well she does mention the Chocolate whey protein, but I would dump the ice cream for sure as well as the soy milk. Maybe replace the two with some heavy whipping cream instead. As mike pointed out, a search will yeild loads of results. There is also a thumb tack in the specific diet and nutrition forum entitled "protein shakes and smoothie recipes".

i use biochem 100% whey protein powder...vanilla all natural. they have in convinience package(28.8g)
100 calories 0 fat and 20g protein

I use Wellements Pro-Rated protein supplement shake. I mix it with fat free milk and a banana. Costco sells it in chocolate and vanilla. It tastes great when you add the banana:big_smile:
1 scoop has 138 calories, 1.5 g of fat, 4 g of carbs and 27 g of protein. It has like 6 or 7 different types of protein, each absorbs at a different rate.
