Weight Loss/Muscle Plan

Hi.

I'm going to summer school and I have access to my school's gym and recreational equipment, so I thought this would be a great time to try and get in shape. I don't have anything else to do over the summer so I'm going to try and give it an honest try.

I've tried using this site's personalized fitness plan but I'm having a hard time really pin-pointing what I want to achieve.

I don't really want to build a lot of muscle, though I would like some definition. Mostly, I just want to lose enough weight to get down to my healthy weight (which, for my height, is about 160-175). I'm 5'10 and about 240 lbs. Aside from cardio, I'd like to lose weight and tone up my back, chest, stomach, and thighs.

What I need to know from you guys is where I can find a reasonable fitness regimen that can help me meet these goals. I know I can't get the body that I want in just one summer, but I'd like to be at least halfway there.

I know there are plenty of experienced lifters and people who have lost the weight on this site, so I am asking if anyone can set up (impromptuily) an exercise regimen that I can follow. I've already listed my goals and my target areas.

Nobody wants to help me out?
