Before you could eat your nutritional goals? I mean this is some intense eating! For me each meal (based on 6 a day) needs to be 65g of carbs, 109g of protein, and 900 calories. My fat is supposed to be 24g per meal, but since I am trying to lose fat I probably won't eat that much. I'm going to read up on essential fatties right now and see what I can do. But I am looking at what I can eat to get close to these goals, and DAMN!

The site is good but I just can't handle eating all that cottage cheese. He suggests eating about 3 cups a day! Blah I need to find a way to cover up the taste or the texture.

Actually, the "big guys" can eat closer to 7,000 cals per day! If you consider yourself to be a hardgainer, or that classic skinnyguy, there's absolutely no way you can't gain weight consuming 5,000+ calories per day!!!

Yeah, this should be interesting. I'm going to ramp up slowly. I'm going to up it by about 500 calories a day. I can now see the use of weight gainers.

7000! thats non-stop eating lol..I read the average off season calorie intake is about 4000. But then again, those guys are already big so they really dont need to gain. The super-heavyweight guys must be putting down the massive 7G.

Thanks, I'm going to need it. For now I am only acheiving 2/3rds my diet. By the end of this week i want to be where I need to be. Ya know, I've had extra fat almost all my life and I never imagined I'd have a problem not eating enough!!

Weekends are really hard for me because I sleep in most of the time, so those days I rarely meet my goals.

Yeah, I don't actually sleep in THAT much later to make a huge difference. About an hour is all. If it wasn't for the fact that I know my body gets the most rest on the weekends I would make myself get up earlier.
