This is my 3rd time doing a free trainers program.
I noticed alot of change the very 1st time I complated my 8 week program. The 2nd time, I was on and off with it so I did not notice as much.
I am currently completing the 3rd program and noticing nothing.
I am concerned about doing the program again another 3rd time.
I need to lose about 10-15 pounds in 2 month.
My diet is a little rocky at some points, I know it has a major cause in the no change in my body.
Breakfast is high fibre cereal w/ strawberries, blueberries
Snack: Apple (small in size)
Lunch: Salad w/ chicken/salmon/artichokes
Snack: Almonds sometimes another apple
Dinner: Salad/Lean meat/Veggies
Is this okie??

Your food selections look alright to me, but we also need to know the amount of each to give you decent advice.
You need to keep track of your calorie total to lose weight.
If you're excersizing correctly and regularly, you just decrease the calorie total by 250 on weeks you haven't lost weight.

Need more protein...
changes in what?
Don't go by weight....go by inches. People tell me I look smaller than in highschool.....in reality i'm 40lbs heavier...

Get your bicep curling, cut off shirt, matching workout outfit wearing, flexing in mirror "toned" wanna-be ass , out of my squat rack!
People don't reach thier true potental, only those who seek it.

Missing protein and can really add more good carbs. Perhap you are short changing yourself on calorie intake. Fruits do contain alot of sugar.

If you are doing free weights try doing them with an exercise ball. Makes a great change and helps with stability and balance at the same time.
