Hi,
After filling out fitness profile etc. FT replied back with a fitness plan for me to endure. I specifically pointed out Chest and Quads and Hamstrings - it seems that only hamstrings and calfs are highlighted throughout the plan. What should I replace these calf exercises with - extensions and squats?

If your goal is strength, your quads will get plenty of work doing pretty much any leg exercises. Leg extensions may as well not exist because they are useless. If you want strength in your lower body, develop your posterior chain and work your hamstrings, glutes, and lower back. However, if your goal is muscular size or bodybuilding, you've come to the wrong place.

if you just started the plan on here, i believe you can only see like 1 week in advance. if thats the case then give it time. otherwise, you might have put like beginner or something- in which case they may not have squats.. but i dont know...
