i am currently 99 lbs and tryin to loose 15 lbs. i want a buddy who can support me and share ideas.

Hey cinrella, welcome to FT! Like I mentioned in your other post. IMO, I think you should maintain your current weight and just start lifting weights 2-3 times a week to tone you up. If you lose another 15lbs your going to look unhealthy.:)

hey but i really want to loose weight for apeearence reason.
today i didnt have any breakfast, banana for lunch and wheat bread for dinner. also a lil exercise.

Listen to Mojo, he knows what he's talking about! You're going to hurt yourself with a diet like that. It will also backfire, your body will think it's starving and hold on to all the fat it can. You won't be happy with the results. Skipping breakfast is also very bad, breakfast gets your metabolizem going in the morning.

I'm trying to help you.....trust me, if you start working out 2-3 times a week your body comp will change and firm up. I just can't imagine somebody at 5'1" and 100 pounds needing to lose any weight. Without seeing you, I would be willing to bet all you need to do is firm up at the most. Give it a try. Click on the fitness plan tab at the top of the page and fill it out according to your resources and ability. It will customize a workout plan for you. I will help you with the routine it gives you if you'd like. Just let me know.
