hello I have always had trouble with my stomach, i am 5 3 and i weigh about 135lbs. i have had a child, he was 2 weeks and 4 days late. so everything is stretched and nasty. how can i fix this?:(

hi cheri, I have the same problem with my tummy. I have two children and nasty stretch marks. I have been doing a full body workout on mon, wed and fri, then cardio on tues, thurs and sat, then rest on sun. I also am sticking to my diet, which is actually helping. I've been doing this for about 4 weeks now, and I am noticing improvement, though not as much as I want!! lol Just follow your fitness and nutrition plan and you should see results. Good luck
