Hey all, I have nothing super special to say, but I just wanted to say that weight lifting, even in my beginning stages is boosting my mood so much.... I feel so much more energy, and I love the way my body feels. It is almost like I didn't know I was there before I started working out according to my new plan.
Just wanted to share.... and if anyone here who has begun the program is starting to wanna stop and be lazy again... work through it, really, you will be so proud and feeling great!!

My girlfriend recently started working out....I have noticed better "at home" time since then. I think it just makes you feel more self confident in yourself and the feeling of accomplishment.

When I went through my down time for working out (being laid up from surgeries and then losing the mojo) - I was a grump. When I'm on my game, I'm good, therefore happy and not such a bloody cow. LOL

Good thread - bcuz no matter what gets thrown your way - just keeping moving ahead.:dumbbell:
