Marathon diet - help me PLEASE

Can anyone help me with what i should be eating while training for a marathon??? We run 5 days a week, 2miles, 5miles, 2miles, 5miles then a long run on the weekends 8miles (increasing every week)
I've started gaining weight but have been eating healthy. I'm confused as to why the scale is going up.
I also play indoor soccer twice a week and walk 4 miles 3 times per week. All this exercise should be paying off.
(I'm 5'2" 115 pounds 25% BODY FAT) Goal would be 110 with less body fat
Someone HELP ME PLEASE I'm getting very frustrated.

Are you more worried about for fuel or weight? If for fuel you would definitely need carbs for marathon running. You may be putting on muscle.
