alrite .. well ive been looking at some various diets that people have for cutting .. i have absolutely no clue how to creat one ..
first of all .. the nutritional thing on here says for me to have 2,000 calories .. that seems like a lot since im only 5'4 132lbs .. what should my desired caloric intake be?
ive been eating healthy lately.. and trying to have about 6 smaller meals a day, but i really have no clue what im doing .. i lift 6 days a week .. and hit a heavy bag for about 10 minutes at least 3 days ..
i'm in good shape and just want to really get all the excess fat from my lower abs.. i dont have much .. but i know its there ..
does anyone have any suggestions on a diet/ calories i should take in? what to eat? .. i'm in high school so its kind of hard to get all the meals

You can get really scientific about it but I find it isn't necessary to make it harder than it needs to be. If your weight has been remaining steady, just figure out roughly what your intake has been and start decreasing from there. I just increase protein and decrease both fats and carbs (but not drastically). I don't normally get enough fat through food so take several fish oil capsules a day. I also drop all fruits except for my favorite blueberries. I know it's harder to get what you need in school but all you can do is the best you can do. No carbs at night and try to get some cottage cheese or yogurt in you before hitting bed at night.

You aren't getting vegetables other than that one serving. I'd also knock off all the bread if it was me. The protein at night is ok but it's fast digesting. If you like cottage cheese, I'd have that pre bedtime or low fat yogurt as the next option. You aren't getting a lot of answers cause this question is answered a couple of thousand times in the thumb tack posts and the search engine at the bottom of the page. Here's a link to a fairly good article that answers most of the questions.
