Has anyone heard any good or bad about this supplement? Was considering taking this right before bed as directed. Has 40 Gr Protein and 0 carbs. Working out 4 days a week and thought this might be a great addition to me trying to get lean and mean. Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

Cottage cheese before bed would be a better choice. Save the whey protein for post workout.
