I've only ever grilled pork tenderloin on the BBQ, but what I like to do is marinade them. Dijon mustard works really well as does FF Kraft Italian dressing. Knorr also makes a line of really good marinates that only take about 20min. I just throw the pork into a large ziplock bag with the marinade and put it in the fridge overnight, or however long it takes. I find that marinating them makes it taste really good as a cold leftover.

thanks. The way I usually do it in the crock pot is with garlic powder, season salt, onions and water. I know the salt is bad for me, but I am going to start putting in on the side for if anyone else wants any. Any good salt ideas?

Ilike sea salt-- just a pinch.
