After reading this; should I drink the gallon per day or spread it out?;Should I just drink it before/after workout and before bedtime? When should I drink it? Should I drink it on non-workout days?

Lets see, taking in additional 5K calories with no fat gain. Pretty perposterous claims. :) Think about it, this is dam near impossible.

292 gr. of protein per serving, works out to 1168 calories. And not every one of these is going to go to muscle building. Even in a perfect world(read steroid usage, high partitioning factors), which you will not be attaining, you might be partitioning 80%.

And then you still have that 3832 "other" calories.

Their claim of no fat addition is completely unjustified.

If you need additional calories, you are much better to get them from whole foods, and get them sensibly.
