No, I don't want to discourage you , but losing weight takes time> If you want to lose it and keep it off yo have to learn good eating habits and be prepared to lose 1-2 pounds a week. I know when your looking at losing 50 pounds at a couple a week, it may seem like the light at the end of the tunnel is mighty dim. But it's not, you will more than likely lose a little more than that at first. You need to do a little research here, go to the specific diet and nutrition forum and read thru some of the threads there. A few to single out would be "grocery list for healthy eating", "max dietary deficit for fat loss" and "diet thread". Don't fall for any quicky weight loss diets. You'll just be wasting time better spent on losing it the tried and true way. Another thing to learn about would be maintenance calories. Good luck and welcome to FT!
