hi, im 19 years old, 6 foot tall and weigh 160lb (73kg) so im slightly skinny (hence low body fat) yet dont have any defined abs! even though iv been doing lots of abs exercises? any advice much appreciated, cheers
A six pack comes from an extremely clean diet. Do a search with Fit Buddy and you'll get a whack of help for this topic. Also, being skinny doesn't necessarily mean a low body fat...
