If I have a sandwich with Turkey, lettuce tomatoe, and onion with Mustard on Rye or Whole Wheat bread for lunch and carrot sticks; will that prevent me from getting cut because of the bread?
Whats the rest of your diet look like.. when cutting you don't eliminate carbs you just reduce them.. so if the rest of your diet isn't high in carbs then 2 slices of bread shouldn't work against your cut too much... don't forget to count the smaller things in that sandwhich like the lettuce, tomato and mustard...
