Overall I have a good diet, however a week before my period, when i am pmsing, I get the worst cravings for snacks such as ice cream and chocolate. The rest of the month I have much better control. Does anyone else have this problem? If so any advise on how to overcome this, or is psm just a great excuse to give into those little cravings? :laugh::)

Have a sensible serving of what you crave. Just be sure to compenstae by adjusting the rest of your calrois intake a little, ift it into your caloric needs.
If you want osmeone to be obsessed with something, tell them not to do it or not to eat it or not to think about it. Bingo.
