I was wondering what is the best way to lose fat on the stomach, legs and butt? I have a treadmill, a bowflex, and a stairclimber. Will the stairclimber help with abs and butt too or just legs?

Ok, the first thing you need to know is that there is no such thing as spot reduction. This means whatever exercises you do, your body will have the ultimate decision of where to take the fat off of. Sure, doing abdominal exercises will harden your stomach and make it appear flatter, but the only way to show those abs is to have low body fat. You can get this through proper diet and exercise.

Your current question is a fairly common one - spend some time reading in the FAQs forum and reading the 'sticky' posts (ones with the red push pin symbol next to them) in the other forums. I am sure you will find the answer to most of your questions. There is also a great search engine for the forums, at the bottom of the screen , called fitbuddy - you just put in keywords and it will pull up relevant posts. Usually you can find the info you are looking for.
If all that fails, then post a well-thought out question and I am sure you will receive some great suggestions. :)
