Input weight?can someone explain?

Hi...I'm A newbie to the community, adn wanted to know what my input weight should be for sit ups, squats, calf rasies, and push ups...is it my body weight? or something else? Thanks

if you used any weights during the exercise, put that amt. If not, then bodyweight. Welcome to FT
